ICH Zonta 2
ICH is pleased to announce that it has awarded $1,500 to fund the Emergency Feminine Packs project by Zonta Club of Caboolture.
Both ICH and the Zonta Club of Caboolture were among the top Queensland finalists for a $10,000 community grants competition organised by NABO – the neighbourhood social media website.
The Zonta Club of Caboolture is a non-profit organisation that empowers women and girls through service and advocacy. Its Emergency Feminine Packs project provides free hygiene and personal items for women and girls who are homeless or affected by domestic violence.
ICH Zonta 1
In conjunction with May the Domestic Violence Prevention Month, ICH remains strongly committed to support mothers, children and families in our local area, who have been impacted by domestic violence.
ICH also works with disadvantaged people in society of diverse backgrounds, and we fully recognise the Zonta Club’s effort in making a difference within our society.

Ross Paul, Managing Director of ICH, who met incoming Zonta Club President Glenda Moor along with Members Sue Droughton and Patricia Clunes, said, “Management and staff were very keen to support the Zonta Club’s project in recognition of the support they give women, especially young mothers, who are homeless, often due to domestic violence.  We are more than delighted to contribute $1,500 from our budget to support another community project. We genuinely believe that non-profits like us should work more closely together for the greater good of the community.”
