Happy Easter holidays everyone!
On Wednesday 28th March 2018, ‘My Place’ Family Day Care celebrated our Easter End-of-Term Playgroup with our Educators and Children.
We always welcome everyone to join our weekly Playgroup held from 9am at the lovely and spacious playground of Inala Community House ‘Our Place’ Hall (Japonica and Robinia streets, Inala).
We recognise the importance of weekly Playgroups to actively bond with our Educators and Children, under great support and guidance of Coordination Unit.

For this year’s Easter celebration, our Coordination Unit had extensively prepared:
- Easter-themed Sensory Play area with shredded paper, toy chicks and toy eggs of various interesting textures
- Build-a-Bunny Craft Table with paper cups, glue, paper and glitter to decorate
- Easter Egg Painting
- Playdough Station
- Various Outdoor Toy Equipment and Water Play
All Children were then gathered for a Story Time, followed by the most anticipated activity of all – Egg Hunt!
Everyone was encouraged to bring a plate for a shared Morning Tea session.
In the end, everyone got to bring home a specially-prepared Easter goodie bag.
Our Coordination Unit thoughtfully prepared a special Educator chillout room with coffee, tea and delicious apple slices homemade by one of our Coordinators Kathy. Educators were welcomed to relax, enjoy quiet time or a chat with fellow Educators.
