On Wednesday 4th September 2019, ‘My Place’ Family Day Care celebrated Educators’ Day Playgroup with our Educators and Children.
From 9am, the celebration was held at ‘Our Place’ Hall (corner of Japonica and Robinia Streets, Inala QLD).
“Early Childhood Educators’ Day (4th September 2019) recognises and celebrates the work of Australia’s educators in early learning services for their wonderful contribution to the wellbeing and healthy development of the young children in their care.
It’s a chance to say thank you to Australia’s early childhood educators on a very personal level by service operators, families and their children, as well as collectively at the national level.”
We welcomed all Educators to free morning tea in a quiet private room where everyone can relax, chat and enjoy themselves on this special day. There were tea and coffee, fruits, chocolates and dessert slices.
Every Educator got to receive a beautiful rose and a thank-you note.
Children were encouraged to participate in Educators’ Day craft to thank their individual Educators.
